This is a market leading opportunity to become a Senior Property Risk Surveyor supporting our Head Office Risk and Compliance activity working with our respected teams that operate across the business functions on all property related matters.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Professional competence, MRICS/FRICS qualification and Registered Valuer.
• Senior leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and take on new challenges.
• Previous property risk/valuation experience including a comprehensive knowledge of the residential BTL market and associated economic factors.
• Willingness to join internal and external project working groups.
• Experience of the development finance market and development appraisals.
• Up-to-date CPD and current driving licence

Working hours / arrangements

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (one hour for lunch).
• Located at our Head Office in Solihull for up to 2 days per week and then either working from home or out in the regions across the UK supporting the business.
