What you’ll be doing

• Identifying learning needs and shaping solutions that deliver impact
• Designing and delivering impactful talent and learning programmes
• Supporting digital transformation projects through delivery of learning
• Creating and curating content for our digital learning platforms
• Leading on T&C audit and recommendations

Working hours

Part-time role, working 3 days per week on a hybrid basis, with at least 2 of those days based in the office. 08:30 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)

We promote flexibility around how and where we work so that you can achieve a healthier work-life balance. We operate hybrid working, splitting our week between the office and home. For this role, you will be required to spend at least two days a week on Paragon premises.
