  • Marketing performance analysis – Track and evaluate digital channel metrics (e.g. PPC, SEO, Email, App Stores) using tools like GA4, GTM, Power BI, and Adobe to assess campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour.
  • Campaign support & optimisation – Assist with planning, execution, and analysis of paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and email campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimiser.
  • Measurement & reporting – Build KPI frameworks with the Senior Marketing Performance Manager and deliver regular reports to demonstrate ROI and spend efficiency.
  • Technical tracking & data integration – Manage tagging and tracking workflows (e.g. GTM, Adobe, Bitly) and collaborate with data teams to link marketing activity with backend data for actionable insights.
  • Cross-team collaboration & strategic insight – Help advise marketing teams on performance improvements and use market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging tools to help evolve strategies and measurement models.

About You

  • Marketing analytics experience - A background in marketing performance analysis or data analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Digital Measurement & Tagging Expertise - Solid understanding of tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and measurement.
  • Media platform knowledge - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Adobe.
  • Data visualisation experience - Experience in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI for processing and presenting insights.
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement - Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate effectively across teams including product, compliance, finance, and IT.

Working hours

Monday to Friday - hybrid model  - 2/3 set days in the Solihull office.
