Brief description
The ideal candidate will be a positive contributor working in a collaborative professional environment. Purpose of the role
 Working in a fast-paced, highly motivated team, you will provide support across the origination part of the Customer journey. Using your asset finance knowledge you will ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to when checking the accuracy of the documentation enclosed within the payout packs presented for payment.  Through effective collaboration and communication with colleagues you will ensure that payouts are progressed efficiently and within agreed SLA’s in order to deliver a best in class service to our customers.  

About You

Duties and responsibilities
 
 As a member of the Originations team, you will support the delivery of our service excellence commitments by providing, but not limited to the following:
  • Be a positive influencer within the team, delivering good behavioural and professional standards in line with the bank’s values and behavioural framework
  • Checking all proposals at the payout stage to ensure they have been documented accurately and comply with all internal policies and procedures
  • Have a good understanding of AML/KYC requirements in order to meet the Bank’s regulatory requirements on all proposals
  • Ensure that all documentation and any  corresponding notes are recorded accurately on the systems for audit purposes
  • Ensure quality work is completed inline with the expected departmental standards and agreed SLA’s
  •  Ensure a customer first approach is adhered to at all times across the different customer propositions
  • Participate and contribute to learning varied processes, particularly within the Originations team, but also across the other internal teams within SME lending
  • Ensure all objectives and KPI’s are achieved or succeeded

Working hours

Monday to Friday - hybrid role - 37.5 hours per week - 2/3 days in the office per week
