What you’ll be doing

Motivating and supporting team members, inspiring team members to achieve their goals
Managing your own and your team’s workloads effectively to ensure SLAs are met by monitoring performance and progress, whilst identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost productivity
Supporting the team, ensuring they are sufficiently trained to complete their roles
Completing tasks on behalf of the management team as and when required

Working hours

37.5 hours, typically 8:30am to 5pm with flexibility to work outside of these hours. Hybrid working.
