What you’ll be doing

  • Improving Paragon’s understanding of its customers and markets, contributing to strong commercial growth and high performance through our people
  • Developing a comprehensive and consistent understanding of Paragon’s customers and markets, prioritised by commercial value and impact on proposition development
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support customer-focused decision making and identify gaps in understanding
  • Integrating data from different sources to extract meaningful insights and present a holistic view of target audiences and competitor landscape
  • Communicating customer and market insights that are memorable, engaging and tailored to the needs of the audience

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Expert knowledge of consumer behaviour, customer segmentation and behavioural economics
  • Advanced data analysis skills to interpret structured and unstructured data and identify trends
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to see the big picture and think critically about how to use insights to drive value
  • Influencing skills to drive change within the organisation
  • Confidence managing supplier relationships and budgets

Working hours

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office in Solihull on specific days.
