What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying and building relationships with Direct Customers and Vendor relationships providing our Asset, Leasing and Loan services.
  • Build and maintain an acceptable level of new opportunities (pipeline), focusing on the successful conversion.
  • Negotiate acceptable terms and pricing within Paragon Risk and Pricing framework to ensure quality of transaction and income expectations are achieved.
  • Prepare and complete credit submissions, obtaining relevant financial and non-financial information and presenting this in a balanced manner.
  • Work as part of sales team, liaising with internal functions and representing Paragon at industry shows, exhibitions and events.

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous experience of Direct to end user Asset Finance Sales and Vendor relationship management and sales.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prepare and present comprehensive proposals which can be fully considered by internal operating functions.
  • The ability to inspire confidence and trust both in internal and external stakeholders.
  • Being able to Operate within a field-based role, delivering a high level of productivity & account activity.
Qualifications and experience
 
Previous asset finance sales experience within a highly targeted sales led organisation is essential along with a current and clean driving licence.   Must also be willing to attain Paragon Credit Accreditation Level 2.
 
Interpersonal skills will be every bit as important as formal qualifications and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and articulate the benefits of both. Willingness to travel and overnight away from home when required are also required.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 with one hour for lunch.
