What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting a Relationship Director on both existing and new client business matters.
  • Preparation of credit papers for amendments to existing deals plus the opportunity to help with new proposals on occasions.
  • Completion of new Facility documentation once deals are approved.
  • Liaison with clients where required.
  • Liaison with professionals including legal, valuation and construction monitoring for completing the due diligence on new transactions and the review of all professional reports.
  • General administrative tasks and the regular update of Loan management systems.
  • Completion of internal due diligence on new facilities, including FCI and connected exposure checks.
  • Handling monthly development drawdowns requests.
  • Supporting the Relationship Director on monthly/quarterly loan reviews with Credit Committee.
  • Assist with ad hoc audit and administration tasks, including processing of invoices, interest and redemption statements; and arranging security releases plus dealing with amendments to Deeds of Easement etc where required.

Working hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch).
