What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct a variety of risk-based monitoring activities such multiple interaction OBT testing, customer journey audits and thematic activity.
  • Share best practice and findings across Savings team and with wider Paragon OBT team
  • Support less experienced members of staff and complete checks of audits completed by them. Ensure calibration activity is completed
  • Be a point of referral for the team and the wider business for queries. Review challenges from our partners
  • Assist in overseeing escalated process issues or high-profile customer service cases.
  • Senior level engagement/communication as needed and interaction with relevant Paragon support functions, second and third lines.
  • Point of contact for our Savings partners on all OBT issues.

  • Having a voice within the team, putting forward ideas, challenging ineffective processes and analysing data to assist the Savings Division identification of areas of improvement.
  • Building strong working relationships with all operational teams that you work with.
  • Building a culture of continuous improvement from the ground level up.
  • Delegate for the Savings management

About Us

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid role with weekly days in the Newcastle office.
